* **Shifts: Full time - 40hrs per week - hours worked between the hours of 07:00 and 01:00**
* **Training Duration: 3 weeks training onsite, 4 weeks grad bay onsite**
* **Description of the Job**
Provide a proactive and reactive service to make sure that our customers meet
all of their financial arrangements in-line with their own financial goals.
**Key Responsibilities******
At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the
organisation to achieve its goals
Educate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting
them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing
the customer with a seamless and positive experience
Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer
needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are
identified to ensure good customer outcomes.

* You’ll be educating customers in the different ways they can do their banking and supporting them in choosing the options that work best for them
* We’re looking for a detail-orientated person to compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing each customer with a seamless experience
**What youll do **
In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them
with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on
financial products and services. You’ll hone your organisational skills as you
manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer
meetings.
Your duties will include:
* Supporting the bank’s way of working to help as many customers as possible
* Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business
* Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored
* Ensuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.
**The skills youll need **
To join us in this role, you’ll have experience of working in a customer
service environment and managing relationships with customers. You’ll enjoy
applying your excellent organisational and time management skills to meet
performance measures and customer needs.
