Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the site, including overseeing staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Implement and maintain food safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
3. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
4. Supervise food preparation, bartending, and overall culinary activities.
5. Ensure efficient functioning of all departments within the establishment.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential.
2. Proficiency in team management and leadership skills.
3. Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and bartending is advantageous.
4. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
5. Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
