A Private Health organisation with offices in Central London is looking to hire a Billings Administrator to join them on an initial 8-week temporary basis. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office. Reporting to the Finance Manager the Billings Administrator will:
Duties of the Billings Administrator Role:
Process payments and documents from patients
Resolve any billing queries from both internal and external parties
Liaise with patients to ensure they are aware of charges
Raise invoices and supplier reports
Chase outstanding payments
Requirements of the Billings Administrator Role:
Good experience with Billings in a similar role
It would be beneficial if you have worked in the Private Health Sector before
Available on short notice
