This Full-Time, Permanent position offers excellent career progression opportunities What youll be doing Optimise digital channels including social media for maximum reach and engagement Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues in collaboration with third-party vendors Update and enhance website content to ensure accuracy and consistency Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online performance Create and manage email marketing campaigns via ESP Overseeing CRM and data management to support business growth Build and maintain content pages to keep the website fresh and engaging Work closely with external development agencies to enhance UX and functionality Support website testing and reporting to drive continuous improvement Use Google Analytics, Clarity, and Looker Studio to monitor, report, and optimise performance Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible) Pay £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) Skills/Experience Required Essential: A valid UK driving licence Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategies and principles Experience in B2B e-commerce or a similar role Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Shopping) Proficiency in Magento 2 Experience with Microsoft Excel and CSV file management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Desirable: Knowledge of SEO principles (training provided) Benefits Company pension (after 3 years company fund employee contribution) Option to work hours over 4 days Performance bonuses Private healthcare Critical illness cover Death in wish service Training provided Growing business with opportunities for progression Free on-site parking Day shifts No weekends Flexible working Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
