Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit 2 Site Operatives to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities. Typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient, and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

Shifts run between: 07:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Sunday
Hours of work: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent
Annual Allowances: £1,127.50 for working weekends

Main Responsibilities
* To ensure that the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose.
* Cleaning of the facilities and accommodation blocks.
* Stock management, waste services, and sustainability tasks.
* General building maintenance.
* Basic grounds maintenance such as mowing, strimming, and general vegetation control.
* Operation and maintenance of plant equipment (training will be provided).
* Work in a diverse multi-tasking mobile team environment.
* Complete all relevant documentation utilizing both IT and paper-based systems.
* Carry out any other additional requirements as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
* General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
* Understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to complete documentation.
* Basic IT skills with the ability to use a tablet.
* Driving Licence essential to drive Landmarc Vehicles and ATV Bikes on and off site when required.
