Our client is a Gen AI leader in the assisted coding domain whose product is live with a number of the worlds leading institutions. Using the latest techniques in Static, Dynamic Analysis and Reinforcement Learning, they are the leaders within their space. They are looking for a junior customer success engineer to join their team and help their large enterprise clients get the best out of their products. If you're a recent graduate in a technical discipline, with some coding experience, and enjoying partnering with customers, we'd love to hear from you. As a customer success engineer, you can expect to be involved in the following activities: Supporting new customers through product installation & integration, helping them configure and use the product to gain the most value Partnering with clients to understand their issues and work internally with the development team to get these resolved Leverage your understanding of the client to feedback back ideas into the product that will drive its continued success and adoption Engage with potential new clients to demo and explain how the product works If you are already a customer success engineer or thinking of becoming one, here is the experience our client is looking for: A computer science or software engineering degree, with some programming experience in Java A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the tools that are used to manage, build, test and deploy code, e.g: Maven or Gradle, Git/GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins etc An outgoing personality, who enjoys engaging with customers at all levels A technical curiosity to learn If you have experience coding in Java, like being customer facing and want to work at the cutting edge of AI, then please get in touch.
