Desktop Support Engineer - Zwolle Netherlands As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will represent ESP in providing deskside support and join our dedicated onsite teams, working closely with our customers. You will provide on-site IT support in resolving desktop issues and maintaining hardware in line with defined operational procedures and within agreed contractual service levels within an enterprise environment on an ongoing basis. Providing standard and approved hardware and software support and maintenance on desktop devices. Respond to incidents and end-user service requests and manage them to a successful resolution. Ticket handling based on customer requirements. Providing hard and soft break-fix services for hardware and software equipment across the site. Desk-side support and PC break/fix including basic management of Windows O/S. Support, management, and maintenance of desktop configuration and installation, including patch updates and hardware replacements. Review security profiles and antivirus software on all desktop devices and take appropriate action if security requirements are not met. You will work in Zwolle from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. What do you bring to ESP? 2 years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting Good command of Windows O/S Good knowledge of and experience with Microsoft desktop software and operating systems Knowledge of wireless networks Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations, or other IT qualifications Experience with Active Directory Basic knowledge of corporate LAN and WAN setups and concepts Good command of the Dutch and English language.
