We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing insulation system installations in East Renfrewshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless installation processes.
* Manage customer communication, providing exceptional support and resolving queries efficiently.
* Ensure Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards are met throughout the installation process.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and administration skills, with experience in managing multiple projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
