Veterinary Surgeon
Location: Independent Practice, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Full-time (No OOH/On-Call or Sundays)

The Role:
The practice are looking for a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit team. You will work in a varied role, balancing consultations, surgery, and occasional sole charge. There are no out-of-hours (OOH) or on-call duties, and your weekends will be free as they are closed on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consultations: Daily consultations with a focus on preventative care, diagnostics, and building relationships with clients and their pets.
* Surgical Procedures: Routine surgeries including neutering, dental work, and soft tissue surgery.
* Diagnostics: Performing diagnostics using in-house lab equipment, X-ray, and ultrasound.
* Sole Charge: Occasional sole charge responsibilities where you will manage the clinic independently.
* Client Communication: Ensuring clear and empathetic communication with clients, providing guidance on treatment plans, and following up with cases as required.

About You:
* A qualified Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS).
* Comfortable with both consulting and surgery, with experience in routine soft tissue surgeries.
* Confidence in occasional sole charge work, while being a great team player.
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
