Area manager

Position:Area Manager (Golf)

Location:South Mytime Active Golf sites (usual place of work at High Elms Golf Course)

Salary:circa £48,000 p.a. (depending on experience) plus Benefits

Job Type: Full-time permanent

Key Duties

1. Responsible for the line management of all Centre Managers and / or HODs where applicable
2. Ensure full compliance with all contractual responsibilities in the Region
3. Ensure the delivery of all targets and KPIs, whilst balancing both our social impact and commercial outcomes in-line with our strategy; social, financial, process, customer and people
4. Drive consumer and membership sales across all Mytime Active businesses (focus on golf)
5. Carry out periodic financial analysis and budgeting activities in line with the organisational plan
6. Ensure site business plans are robust, contribute to the strategic aims and objectives of Mytime Active and is reviewed 6 - monthly
7. Deliver products and facilities to a high quality, whilst exceeding customer satisfaction
