UK Liquidity Management Services (LMS) covers a large and diverse operating environment and client base. The LMS business has embarked on a complex, multi-year transformation program to realise the business vision of a Real-Time, Intelligent, Responsive and Global network. Within the LMS business our Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration solutions are key enablers of treasury efficiency for our clients on a global basis and are extensively utilised by various client segments. What you’ll do: This product management role is a member the Global Notional Pooling team within the broader Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration solutions area. The position entails product management of the Notional Pooling product for UK encompassing product strategy, delivery, processes, pricing, client experience, commercialisation, risk & control, reporting and re-platforming/ rollouts. Notional Pooling is a working capital management tool that allows clients to minimise bank interest by notionally concentrating end of day balances into a single net amount. Notional Pooling sits at the top of clients' liquidity management structures and often a critical product required for winning of important cash management proposals. The product is subject to extensive market, legal, risk, regulatory and accounting considerations and operates in a dynamic regulatory environment. Engage with solutioning and client-facing teams on Notional Pooling deals and client dialogue. Provide ongoing support for Notional Pooling deals including deal review and approvals, pricing, exception handling, etc. Plan and execute pricing and expense management initiatives to optimise portfolio performance. Recommend and deliver process improvements in collaboration with onboarding, operations, technology, and other teams. Ensure timely and comprehensive Product Approval Program review and renewal and Legal Opinion review and refresh. Ensure a robust risk and compliance environment through: Proactive identification, ownership and management of issues and incidents. Appropriately assessing risks when approving new pools and modifications to existing pools. Monitoring the product portfolio vis-à-vis established risk acceptance criteria on an ongoing basis. Driving risk mitigation and remediation efforts in close coordination with Legal, Risk, Sales, Banking, Operations, and other teams. Provide inputs to the product strategy and investment planning process on the basis of customer, competitor, and industry insights as well as risks and control assessment. Work with Global Product Development lead to drive the rollout of new or enhanced products features and global platforms to the UK, while ensuring that all necessary approval requirements and governance processes are adhered to. Collaborate with technology, operations, and client-facing teams to plan and execute the phased migration of pools from legacy platforms to global platforms. Drive the development of digital capabilities and STP processes to improve client experience. Develop and update client collateral and internal collateral to support value articulation and commercialization efforts. Ensure maintenance and updates to product content on internal and external channels. Contribute to management updates and presentations. Contribute towards preparation and support for internal and external audits / regulatory reviews when applicable. What we’ll need from you: Relevant experience, preferably in Liquidity and Cash Management or Product Management is preferred. Level of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development. Expertise or knowledge of interest rates and currencies is useful. Knowledge of Citi and TTS systems and processes is helpful. Strong analytical skills. Solid attention to detail. Positive attitude to work and result-oriented approach. Client-centricity and ability to solve complex issues. Ability to build effective working relationships when engaging across partners. Ability to articulate views and suggestions in a clear and succinct manner. Confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers. Bachelors/master’s degree or equivalent experience.
