Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions in electrical installation to a range of learners. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support improvement. Ensure a safe learning environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience. Support students with varying abilities and learning needs. Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Relevant industry experience in electrical installation. Strong knowledge of current industry standards and practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
