Role: Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000-£31,000 DOE

We are recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client, a national law firm. This is a full time, permanent position, offering the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive legal environment. As a key part of the team, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of client transactions.
The Role:
* Preparing, transcribing, and formatting legal documents from digital dictation systems.
* Producing accurate and professionally presented documentation within tight deadlines.
* Handling client and professional correspondence, including answering telephone calls and liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and lenders.
* Managing legal files on the case management system and maintaining an organised filing system.
* Assisting solicitors and paralegals with diary management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
About You:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a conveyancing team.
* Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Experience with case management software and digital dictation systems.
