Job Title: Team Manager – Adult’s Rapid Response Team
Location: Knowsley
Rate: £55 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Adult’s Rapid Response Team in Knowsley.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will support the Rapid Response and reablement team with training, audits, and service development. Assist in change management and service improvements. Provide oversight of rotas and shift patterns for effective service delivery. Conduct staff supervisions and demonstrate strong leadership and IT skills. Possess knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Health and Safety regulations. Hold a full enhanced DBS check and be an essential car driver. Be flexible in your role, including providing weekend and out-of-hours cover as needed. Have experience working within CQC regulated services.

Qualifications and Experiences:
