Job Title: Compliance Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. This role is to maintain the client’s compliance documents and maintain the CBRE PPMs for a long-standing client.
The role is based in Pontypridd, South Wales.
Due to growth within the contract, we can offer a new opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join the CBRE Team.
The role will involve managing the CBRE QHSE Responsibility on the contract and advising on the client’s Compliance system.
There will be travel within the role to assist the client with their audits on site.
The role will also require providing cover for Facilities duties when the Facilities Coordinator is off site. Car parking will be provided at the site.
Role Summary:
1. Work closely with the client to manage their SharePoint system and comply with: IOSO 90001/140001/450001 & 150001.
2. Ensure the client is updated with all relevant compliance needs and progress on any nonconformances including actions.
3. Complete joint audits with the client and support them with any administration requirements.
4. Ensure strict adherence to reporting and recording procedures for accidents and dangerous occurrences as required under legislation.
5. Provide advice on the company's safety policies, procedures, and compliance with statutory obligations throughout the account.
6. Monitor onsite teams weekly with site compliance documentation and produce a weekly report for the client.
7. Support the overall contract with compliance reporting (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual) relating to the client’s Compliance Policies.
8. Ensure all planned and reactive tasks are completed by the team in accordance with SLAs.
9. Ensure all service sheets are returned and review any reactive works.
10. Responsible for procurement of reactive works and obtaining adequate quotes as agreed.
11. Maintain the Risk Register and ensure the team communicates to keep the document up to date.
12. Ensure the team has the correct training and qualifications for contract monitoring on site.
13. Ensure the site e-logbooks are updated weekly and train the team to manage them.
14. Monitor arrangements to comply with health and safety standards applied by contractors.
15. Monitor site systems for compliance to ensure required documentation is in place.
16. Visit each site (6) annually for full QHSE Audit and walk the audit.
17. Ensure site employees work in accordance with the company’s health and safety requirements.
18. Attend the CBRE QHSE Meeting weekly.
19. Attend the Client meeting weekly.
20. Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment.
21. Monitor the effectiveness of welfare facilities.
22. Promote the reporting of near misses throughout the company.
23. Attend client contract meetings as required, prepare, and deliver presentations accordingly.
24. Accountable to the Account Manager for the contract.
25. Responsible for the health, safety, environmental, and welfare of employees under your control.

Required Qualifications:
* NCRQ level 6 / NVQ level 6 / NEBOSH diploma.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the property sector.
* Experience working with management systems.
* Proficient in compiling reports.
* MUST HOLD CURRENT FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE.
