Working Hours: Hybrid working role, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Rotating shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Role:
As a Helpdesk Administrator in our Corporate Property team, you will utilize your people skills to deliver first-class customer service. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries from council staff and building users. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Recording details of repairs required onto our facilities management system.
2. Assigning work to relevant contractors and monitoring their performance.
3. Ensuring relevant documentation and evidence of completion of work is maintained.
4. Providing customers with regular updates on progress.
About You:
You must be confident on the telephone, able to record detailed data on an IT system, and committed to excellent customer service. You should remain calm under pressure and possess the ability to find solutions for difficult customers. Organizational skills to manage your own workload are essential. Knowledge of facilities management or building maintenance is a benefit but not essential, as full training can be provided.
