Summary
Are you an energetic, focused sales professional with a knack for closing deals? We're looking for a Selling Controller to join our dynamic team at our Stoke Showroom, where high footfall is generated by our inbound/outbound telesales team and a robust online presence. With around 100 vehicles available at any one time, this is an ideal role for someone with a driven attitude and a passion for success.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Acting as the main point of contact for showroom visitors, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from arrival through to vehicle purchase
2. Stepping in for the Sales Manager when necessary, maintaining smooth operations and leadership on the floor
3. Listening carefully to customer's needs and matching them with the ideal vehicle features
4. Organising test drives and showcasing our vehicles effectively
5. Promoting and selling our range of value-added products
6. Driving the sales team to exceed branch targets while also achieving your own monthly sales goals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Face-to-face sales experience in a customer-centric environment
2. A passion for sales, with a proven drive to succeed
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
4. A keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the sales journey are handled professionally
5. FCA accreditation (or the willingness to undergo training)
6. A full UK driving licence
7. A presentable, professional demeanour that inspires confidence
Competitive uncapped earnings starting from a base salary of £28,000, with our top performers regularly earning over £48,000.
A structured work schedule from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
