Your main responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming Guests: Make a fantastic first impression by greeting visitors and ensuring they're directed to the right person or department.
* Managing the Front Desk: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure the reception area is tidy and inviting at all times.
* Providing Support: Assist with general administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining visitor logs.
* Facilitating Communication: Serve as the central hub for communication, making sure messages are delivered accurately and promptly.
* Light Administrative Duties: Occasionally support the team with tasks like data entry or booking meeting rooms.
Personable and Professional: You have a natural ability to make people feel welcome and at ease, paired with a polished and professional demeanor.
* Organised: You excel at keeping things in order, even when juggling multiple tasks.
* Dependable: You're reliable and punctual, ensuring the front desk is always well-staffed and running smoothly.

* Experienced: You've worked in a receptionist or similar customer-facing role before and understand the importance of creating a positive first impression.
