Health & Social Care Teacher – Alternative Provision – Birmingham (4 Days a Week)
This excellent Alternative Provision in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated Health & Social Care Teacher to join their team for four days a week. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, teaching small groups of students who require a tailored and supportive learning environment.

As a Health & Social Care Teacher, you will have the flexibility to deliver engaging and meaningful lessons that prepare students for further education and future careers. This role requires a Health & Social Care Teacher with strong communication and classroom management skills.
Job Role:
* Teaching Health & Social Care to small groups of students in Key Stages 3 and 4
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Supporting students’ personal development and preparing them for careers in the health and care sector
* Working closely with the pastoral team to ensure students receive the best support
* Managing behaviour effectively and fostering a positive learning environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Health & Social Care at Key Stage 3 and 4
* A patient, supportive, and adaptable teaching approach
* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students who may be reluctant learners
* A commitment to making a difference in the lives of young people
