Position Summary Here at Nespresso, we are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join us, as a Brand Manager for Nespresso Professional, reporting into the Head of B2B Marketing. This is an amazing opportunity where you will be responsible for creating and developing ATL and BTL campaign materials and experiences that align with our brand's visual identity and tone-of-voice. You will be a part of a team based in our Crawley office where you will share the value of open communication to generate impact and return towards our common goals. A day in the life of a Brand Manager As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the short & medium strategic development and implementation of the Nespresso Professional brand. Working across all elements of the marketing mix, owning exciting projects you will also: - Translate global key messages into locally relevant campaigns, ensuring localisation of global ATL campaigns. - Develop full 360 campaigns, including materials for digital and performance campaigns. - Support the adaptation and creation of all BTL communication. - Act as the guardian of the brand's visual identity and tone-of-voice, ensuring consistency in all communication materials. - Collaborate with media partners for short program items, advertorials, and native advertising. - Work closely with chefs and HORECA to develop video content for social media and campaign websites. - Coordinate photoshoots for local campaigns and create assets for social media, campaign websites, and CRM. - Collaborate with creative agencies, HQ, and marketing departments for the development and translation of POS materials and CRM materials. - Ensure timely and efficient execution of all marketing activities. - Manage relevant marketing budgets and optimise spending. What will make you successful To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic marketing experience under your belt, ideally within a Brand Manager role previously. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brands, you will have strong project management and analytical skills. You will need to be highly organised, conscientious and a team player. Pro-activity and enthusiasm are essential elements for this role as is proven leadership capability and creative thinking. You'll also: - Have the ability to influence at senior levels both internally and externally - Proven track record in managing successful through-the-line campaigns, including traditional and digital media. - Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal stakeholders - Entrepreneurial mindset with a conceptual and creative approach. - Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels - Be able to run sizeable projects and work streams from concept to delivery - Experience in coordinating and participating in cross functional team If you are a passionate and experienced Brand Manager with a strong track record in delivering impactful campaigns, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
