Develop and Deliver Training: Design and deliver engaging training sessions for staff on behaviour management strategies. Safeguard and Support: Contribute to the school's comprehensive safeguarding and well-being strategy. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing behaviour within an educational setting. Child Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of child development and adolescent psychology. Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers. Policy Implementation: Experience in developing and implementing effective behaviour management policies and procedures. Safeguarding Compliance: Thorough knowledge of safeguarding and child protection legislation. Empathy and Resilience: High levels of empathy, patience, and resilience. Desirable Skills and Experience: Special Educational Needs Experience: Experience working with students with special educational needs. Counselling Qualifications: Qualification in counselling or a related field. Data Analysis: Experience using data to inform and improve practice.
