We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our teams, ensure compliance with company standards, and act as the main point of contact for our local authority clients. Key Responsibilities for a Regional Manager: Represent WISE and our partner councils as a key point of contact. Manage, audit, and support site operations and staff across your region. Ensure staff compliance with SOPs, including use of our Backoffice system and body-worn cameras. Conduct monthly audits, appraisals, and support staff training and development. Oversee staff scheduling and coverage, including managing absences. Lead operational delivery of new contracts from planning through mobilisation. Liaise with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and high service standards. Support enforcement operations, including issuing Fixed Penalty Notices if needed. Ensure proper use and management of company systems and vehicles. Handle incident reporting and support internal HR processes. Ideal Candidate Profile for a Regional Manager: Strong leadership and people management experience. A background in customer service with proven ability to handle sensitive issues professionally. Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of reporting and scheduling tools. Flexible and able to travel across the North region when needed.
