As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Lead Coordinator to ensure that inbound interest from marketing efforts is effectively captured, managed, and converted into scheduled meetings for our team.
Role Overview
As a Lead Coordinator, you’ll act as the bridge between our marketing efforts and our business development / recruitment teams. You’ll manage inbound responses from marketing campaigns, log lead data into our system, and ensure meetings are scheduled with the right individuals in the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the marketing team to receive and distribute content that drives inbound interest.
* Monitor and manage responses from potential clients who engage with our marketing campaigns.
* Log all inbound leads into the CRM/system with accurate and detailed information.
* Qualify leads where necessary and assign them to the appropriate person in the business.
* Schedule meetings between potential clients and the relevant business development or recruitment professional.
* Ensure timely follow-ups for any leads that need further nurturing.
* Track and report on engagement and meeting conversions to improve processes.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: 1+ years in a lead management, sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative role.
* Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to efficiently track and manage multiple leads and schedules.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (Bullhorn experience is nice to have), marketing automation and scheduling tools.
* Detail-Oriented: Ensures accurate data entry and smooth handover of leads.
* Communication Skills: Professional and clear in both written and verbal interactions.
* Team Player: Able to work across teams, liaising between marketing and sales functions.
