The role will commence in Easter 2025, and the successful candidate will have the chance to inspire students through engaging PE lessons, helping them develop physical skills and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. You will be responsible for delivering the PE curriculum to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with opportunities to get involved in extracurricular sports activities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality PE lessons that engage and challenge students. Promote the values of teamwork, discipline, and respect through physical activity. Support students in achieving their personal best through varied and inclusive PE programs. Contribute to the development of the school's sports clubs and extracurricular offerings. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular initiatives. About You: Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a degree in Physical Education or a related field. Experience teaching PE at Key Stage 3 and 4 (or a strong willingness to learn). Passion for inspiring young people and promoting physical education. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
