POSITION: Full Time Trainer (Support Team)
REPORTING TO: Studio Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Delivering facial workouts and first-class customer service
LOCATION: FaceGym Studio

Job Summary
The main function of this role is to carry out facial workouts and to drive exceptional customer service, sales and build client retention within our Studios. The role is responsible for promoting FaceGym’s services and retail offerings and offering exceptional customer experience. You will be working across all central London Studios (Kings Road, Coals Drop Yard, Selfridges, St Johns Wood and Notting Hill).
Key duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
1. Deliver all workouts in line with FaceGym Workout protocols.
2. Sell the brand’s unique offerings, workouts, and homecare products within the Studio and when promoting the brand front of house.
3. Proactively use body language, rapport building, mirroring and matching behaviors with every customer, adapting selling and customer service skills to different customer profiles.
4. Overcome selling challenges and create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the client journey and brand story while engaging with customers.
5. Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the customer journey.
6. Meet retail and service individual targets and KPI’s (key performance indicators).
7. Ensure workstations are clean, presentable, and well stocked with necessary products and tools/equipment.
8. Focus on maximizing retail potential and client retention.
9. Operate point of sale systems, card machines, and tills efficiently.
10. Build and update knowledge on skincare, products, and workouts.
11. Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members, the Studio Manager, and FaceGym management.
12. Use learning from each site to further develop the client experience in-store.
13. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines regarding the sterilization and storage of equipment.
14. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming guidelines.
15. Lead by example to portray a professional image and conduct representing the brand at a high standard.
16. Establish effective working relationships with the full team and management.
17. Be skillful on the Zenoti booking system.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have an NVQ 3 Beauty therapy qualification or equivalent.
2. Possess hands-on experience with customers.
3. Have previous experience working within beauty, retail, and spa.
4. Enjoy exploring opportunities and using own initiative.
5. Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
6. Be a team player with inspirational social skills.
7. Be articulate and a confident communicator.
8. Stay calm and positive during busy days.
9. Be able to stand during a 6-8 hour shift.
10. Be fully flexible across weekdays and weekends.
