The Preston location is made up of six branches supporting primary, secondary and SEN schools across Lancashire and Merseyside. The Preston team are a nimble and energetic team of 21 specialist consultants, all with their unique personalities and skills they can bring to the role. The Role
As a consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You will join a thriving team within the primary, secondary or SEN sector and will be responsible for building on a 'warm patch' which will allow you to increase your candidate pool and school base across a local area - and we will be right there, supporting and cheering you on. We don't believe in giving cold areas to new staff to develop. You will get a warm client base of schools and have existing candidates from the largest database.
Should you choose to accept it, your mission will be to:
* Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality teachers and support staff.
* Proactively build and develop your own candidate database and match them to the right roles (permanent or temporary).
* Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with key decision makers.
* Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives.
* Organically grow through the company, with the opportunity to get promoted four times per year.
