The role is fulltime to begin January and the rest of the academic year Position: Small class sizes of 6-8 pupils, creating strong relationships with the students Monday- Friday (08:00 - 3:00), fulltime, term time only Temp to perm (contract) to the right candidate £100/ day paid weekly (potentially more depending on experience) Accessible parking and bus routes Requirements: HLTA qualification required, or equivalent Experience in the classroom, mainstream or in a SEN/ SEMH setting Has a DBS on the update service or, willing to get one The successful candidate will: Be confident and proactive working with challenging behaviour. Possess de-escalation qualities. Flexible and adaptable in challenging situations. Reliable and consistent to the school and students Have the drive and ambition to make a difference to a child’s education and confidence Be open minded and understanding of individual situations, as all students come from different walks of life The role is available now.
