As an Aqua Sana Spa Assistant, you will provide a safe, clean and luxurious environment for our guests. You will be responsible for engaging with our guests and exceeding their expectations by providing excellent service. Lifeguard duties and maintaining the relaxing ambience of the Spa will be a priority. Sustaining excellent standards of the Spa through general maintenance and stringent cleaning procedures is a daily requirement of this role. It is a requirement for this role for you to have the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test. Due to the sensitive nature of this role the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) Check. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.
The successful candidate will be engaging and naturally helpful with excellent communications skills. You will work well on your own initiative as well as within a close team environment.,

* Current IWS / RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training can be provided)

* Ability to utilise excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamwork
Desirable requirements:
* Previous experience of working in a Spa environment
* Pool plant operations experience
* A First Aid qualification
* Previous experience as a lifeguard
You will be contracted to work 45 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 7am and 10pm, working 3 out of 4 weekends.
