About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Residential Real Estate sector. As the No. 2 to the Head of Business Development, you will oversee the team and support department leadership. Experience in a similar business, ideally a competitor in the Furniture or Furnishing sector, is essential.
You will work with a range of clients, from large-scale property developers furnishing multiple units to one-off property manager orders, developing strategies to generate new business and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Implement business development strategies.
* Engage with clients via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
* Collaborate with the residential and customer service teams.

* 2+ years' business development experience with a direct competitor.
* Team leadership and management experience.
* Strong selling, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Proactive approach to generating new business.
* Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
