Client Administrator

The Role;
* General administration by accurately maintaining records, updates, and adjustments on an inhouse database
* Responsibility for good all-round customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the company’s incoming and outgoing communications, including error checking
* Effectively managing the office ensuring stationary stocked and all areas tidy in accordance with clear desk policy
* To support the whole team through efficient administration of the processes and responsibilities arising from the clients they manage, liaising with the team as appropriate
* Plus much more
About You;
* Previous experience within an office administration role
* Excellent customer service
* A desire to learn and gain knowledge of a new sector
* Working knowledge of windows
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Great organisation
