We're excited to announce that we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Examinations Team. This is an amazing opportunity for a highly organised individual, who has an attention to detail, good customer service and excellent communication skills.
The Examinations Team has the responsibility of ensuring that all Awarding Organisation regulations are adhered to, meet strict deadlines, and ensure that our learners are given the best examination experience to enable them to fulfil their full potential.
This role will be involved in all aspects of examinations, including booking examinations, timetabling, room bookings, liaising with cross-college colleagues, learners, parents, and external partners.
The position is based at our Lincoln site, although travel to Newark College will also be required.
