Joining our team at Zest, Sainsbury's in-house creative agency, as an Art Director (Fashion) means being part of a vibrant and collaborative environment where your creativity and vision can truly shine. You will have the opportunity to work on visually compelling campaigns for Sainsbury's fashion brand, Tu, utilising your expertise in art direction and design to bring innovative concepts to life across various channels.
What you'll do
1. Develop visually compelling and effective creative concepts and campaigns for the Sainsbury's portfolio, focusing on the Tu fashion brand.
2. Work within established Visual Identity guidelines to ensure all outputs reflect and enhance the brand's positioning.
3. Lead the art direction for photoshoots, casting, and location selection to ensure alignment with the creative vision and brand identity.
4. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver top-quality campaigns that resonate across diverse formats and media.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and foster a culture of creative excellence within the team.
Who you are
As the Art Director (Fashion), you are a seasoned creative professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, multi-channel campaigns for fashion and retail brands. Your deep passion for art direction, strong communication skills, and ability to lead end-to-end concepting and production processes set you apart.
