Simman Solicitors, a reputed law firm specialist in immigration matters is currently recruiting an Intern - Call handler / Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temp to permanent position and would suit candidates looking to secure a long term legal administrative role.
Duties and responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining a professional approach when speaking with clients, government agencies, regulatory authorities, legal representatives etc..,
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Organise and maintain files and records to ensure efficient operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth workflow.
Able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
The successful candidate is able to provide references for the last 2 years, Will be available for immediate start. Our office hours are between Mondays to Fridays 9:00am to 5:30pm.
