Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you Here at the Game of Thrones Studio Tour in Banbridge we are on the lookout for passionate customer service assistants to join the food & beverage team on a casual basis and deliver a world class service to our guests as they stop to enjoy the ambience and fayre of our Lobby Café and Studio Restaurant. Key activities of the role Prepare and serve customers with hot and cold food and beverages. Serving customers with a smile, passion and enthusiasm so they walk away happy. Soak up knowledge on all food and beverage products on offer. Carry out efficient till operations and cash handling duties. Maximise all sales opportunities through selling techniques. Ensure all displays, counters and seating areas are clean and tidy and comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements. Carry out regular cleaning activities i.e. clean all work areas during and after use, keep waste to a minimum and dispose of unwanted materials appropriately. Always be polite, professional and friendly with customers, clients and colleagues - adhering to the highest standards of customer care and being focused on delivering the best possible service. Demonstrate a can-do attitude and strive to exceed customer expectations. Actively gain customer feedback and relay to line manager. Assist in the preparation of hospitality and the setting up of events as required. To comply with legal and business requirements and maintain an excellent standard of health and safety, fire safety and general hygiene and report any health and safety issues to line managers. To undertake all necessary training in line with industry regulations and maintain the highest standard of food hygiene and health and safety practices. Full training will be provided. To be considered for this amazing role, you must have: Customer service experience in food and beverage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to strike up a good conversation with our customers. Exemplary hygiene and tidy appearance. Team player with a positive can-do attitude. Ability to remain calm and positive whilst working under pressure. It would be great if you have: Barista experience This is a casual position offering variable shifts across Monday to Sunday - regular hours are not guaranteed.
