Job Description Joining Great Bear as an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for undertaking a number of weekly and monthly financial reporting tasks. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, office hours, offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader. Key Duties Production of the weekly costings for a number of operations run from our customer-focused sites Preparation of Management Accounts including posting journals Investigation and explanation of variances in the Management Accounts Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations Support with the production of the monthly review pack of financial and operational management information for discussion with customers at review meetings Invoice and credit control customers and update the Company cash forecast Review supplier invoices against their purchase orders and assist in the authorisation process Deal with site suppliers including self-billing subcontract hauliers on a weekly basis Assist with the annual budget process Collate and issue various internal reporting Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects Filing and admin to support the accounts team as required
