Mortgage Administrator/Broker Support - Swansea Have you worked in either Mortgages, Financial Services or a related sector like Property and want to progress your Career? Or have you not worked in any of the above sectors but want to break into the Mortgage/Financial Services Industry? The Opportunity Our client is growing and requires assistance is supporting its Mortgage Advisers and Specialists. The candidate will need to show that they have the ability to be flexible and grow their knowledge on the mortgage industry in order to achieve our clients and intermediaries expectations along with hitting internal targets. Salary £24k £27k Region (Depending on relevant experience) The Role: Liaising between clients, lenders, brokers and other providers both on the phone and in writing Using an online systems for the business and lenders to carry out daily tasks and process work flows Updating diary tasks for all work flow events Answering inbound calls: Dealing with queries Provision of information Transferring through to the relevant team Maintenance of case notes for each client and each case in relation to that client Support others in the team to deliver the teams objectives General administrative duties eg Post, scanning Support the business and the team with any issues that may arise Learn the skills and activities involved in supporting new initiatives Maintaining any records and logs as required Support to all of the business as and when required including general support as and when required by the Operations Manager. This will include activities undertaken across any of our group companies. The above is not exhaustive and may vary in time.
