OutThere were established in 2012, evolving from a recruitment process management company to an outsourcing business that fulfills all supporting functions within a fully integrated HR department. We provide outsourced solutions for businesses of all sizes, with our customers' employee headcount ranging from 5 to 500.
We are currently seeking a Human Resources & Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Southsea, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the OutThere HR Consultants, including producing standard letters, contracts, populating template documentation, and updating client HR software systems.
2. Work in conjunction with the HR team to deliver various client HR projects.
3. Provide resourcing administration support to the OutThere Recruitment Team, including qualifying candidates, maintaining recruitment sourcing software and applicant tracking systems, and completing recruitment process documentation.
4. Conduct basic candidate searches using effective utilization of job boards and headhunting, providing customers with updates on their current recruitment campaigns.
5. Effectively time log each working task/activity against the appropriate client/project/campaign as directed by your line manager, using our chosen project management software platform.
Key Requirements:
1. Relevant education background or on-the-job experience, e.g., Business Administration and/or working towards a relevant HR qualification.
2. A personal interest in HR and/or Recruitment Process, gaining 360 exposure to the HR and RPO industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
4. Keen attention to detail.
5. CIPD Level 3 or above.
