Are you a highly experienced clinical pharmacist looking for a new and unique way to develop your clinical specialism, whilst playing a pivotal role in the delivery of transformational change across 3 acute trusts in a provider collaborative?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist, with an interest in Dermatology, to join our Pharmacy Team at Great Western Hospital on a 12-month fixed-term basis as an 8a Advanced Pharmacist (Dermatology).
You will initially focus on working across BSW Acute Healthcare Alliance to deliver some key, specialty-specific, biosimilar switch savings, but will also work towards establishing the role of a Dermatology Specialist Pharmacist within the Dermatology team at Great Western Hospital, including non-medical prescribing in out-patient/day hospital settings and supporting medicines optimisation and medicines effectiveness in both in-patient and outpatient services.
By demonstrating the value of this post to both our Trust and the wider BSW Acute Healthcare Alliance at the end of its fixed-term, you will play a key role in influencing our future service developments and, potentially, the establishment of a similar permanent post.
