JOB SUMMARY
A keen team player within Specialized UK Retail, delivering on or above sales targets and related KPI’s with a distinct focus on best serving the rider and understanding their needs.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
1. Greeting, welcoming and serving riders beyond their expectations across all forms of communication
2. Closing sales to help the team deliver KPI success
3. Completing stock checks based on the processes assigned by the brand
4. Vigilant to security of the team, the location and the stock
5. Processing orders, deliveries and restocking the store
6. Carrying out basic cleaning duties
7. Cashing up-where applicable
8. Completing any reasonable request made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader to the best of ability
9. Professional and friendly conduct at all times within the team and especially with riders
What you will need to win
10. Demonstrable salesmanship
11. Sound product knowledge and the drive to learn continuously
12. Empathy for riders in order to best deliver exceptional customer service
13. Numeracy and literacy skills
14. Clear and effective communicator
15. I.T. skills in order to operate in store systems
