A key role has become available for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative Team Lead to lead our expanding sales development team within a rapidly growing training company based in Chatham, Kent.

As the leader of our sales development team, you will be responsible for guiding our SDRs in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive business growth and revenue.
You will also play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
