Position: Payroll and Pensions Assistant
The payroll and pensions assistant will assist the payroll team in the day-to-day running of the Payroll Office, playing a key role in ensuring all staff members of the University are paid accurately, in a timely manner and in line with university policies.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurate input of payroll and pension information within the university HR and Payroll system; ResourceLink.
2. Monitor the payroll inbox and efficiently respond to both payroll and pension queries via email, in person, and telephone.
This role is a 0.6 FTE to be worked over 3 days. Flexibility around days to be worked, although the ideal candidate would be available every Thursday and Friday as a minimum. The anticipated start date for this post will be January 2025 with flexibility to start earlier.
