Job Title: Science Teacher

Salary Scale: £130-£230 per day

Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and igniting a love for science? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Science teacher to join the team in a secondary school in the Colchester area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach engaging and interactive science lessons to students up to GCSE level.
2. Develop and implement creative lesson plans that promote hands-on learning.
3. Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Inspire students to explore scientific concepts both in and outside the classroom.
6. Inspire students to reach their full potential.
Key Skills And Qualifications
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialisation in Science.
2. Previous experience working within education.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. Ability to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
5. GCSE or equivalent at grade C (Pass) or above.
6. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students' academic and emotional development.
7. Passion for science and teaching.
8. Strong communication and organisational skills.
