Location: Ashford, Kent
Contract: 9-month fixed term (with potential extension)
Working Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are searching for an experienced Site Manager to lead the installation of ground source heat pumps at 3 sites in and around the Ashford area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage health and safety on site, including inductions, inspections, and toolbox meetings, in line with CDM 2015.
* Ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards, reviewing method statements and risk assessments.
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to the required standards.
* Maintain key project documentation, including project schedules, construction phase plans, and risk assessments.
* Act as the Temporary Works Co-Ordinator and manage permit-to-work systems.
* Ensure delivery meets contractual KPIs, including accurate inspections and commissioning.
About You:
* Proven experience managing multiple trades in retrofit environments.
* SMSTS Certificate.
* Temporary Works Co-Ordinator qualification and experience.
* Level 6 Site Management qualification.
* CSCS card and current First Aid Certificate.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience managing conflicts.
* Confident level of computer literacy.
