Digital Content Executive
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and social-savvy Digital Content Executive to take ownership of our digital media channels. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, growing engagement with new and existing guests, and growing conversion rates of those guests.

East Coast Concepts is a hospitality brand passionate about creating and sharing exceptional experiences. We have two brands: Victors Restaurants and Neighbourhood Restaurants.
Victors
Beautiful, vibrant, upscale yet informal, Victors is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family under our iconic wisteria trees. While away the hours over coffee, cocktails, and afternoon tea, or sample the delights of our modern Asian-inspired menu. We have four Victors restaurants: Alderley Edge, Hale, Oxford, and Newcastle.
Neighbourhood
Neighbourhood is an all-day drinking and dining destination that offers a menu of globally inspired sharing dishes accompanied by trendsetting cocktails. By day, our venues are alive with live music, DJs, and bottomless brunch. By night, we effortlessly morph into the perfect party venue with bottle tables and high energy entertainment. We have two Neighbourhood Restaurants: Liverpool & Leeds.
What you'll be doing
1. Full day-to-day management of our digital media channels across social media.
2. Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging content across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
3. Lead community management to interact with our audience, encourage engagement, and maximise opportunities through DMs and comments.
4. Work alongside the Brand Manager to help develop and execute content strategies that will elevate our brand’s digital presence.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends, analysing competitors and market insights to refine our approach.
6. Assist with simple design tasks, e.g. menu updates and social graphics.
7. Identify, manage, and report on influencer partnerships.
8. Act as the digital voice of our brand, nurturing our online community and ensuring brand consistency.
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
1. A vibrant, outgoing personality with a passion for food, drink, entertainment, and storytelling.
2. A digital-first thinker with a proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts within hospitality, lifestyle, or a customer-facing industry.
3. A creative storyteller who knows how to craft compelling video, photo, and written content that captivates audiences.
4. A trend spotter who is always in tune with the latest digital, social media, and hospitality industry trends.
5. A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with commercial objectives.
6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where creativity and reactivity are key.
7. Basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign skills.
8. Confident in front of the camera and video voice overs - a plus, but not essential.
9. Ambitious with the drive to take on more digital responsibility in order to develop into a Digital Content Manager role over time.
10. Driving license and car preferred but not essential.
The perks
What you can expect:
1. Salary: £26,000 to 28,000 depending on experience
2. Contract: Full-time, permanent role
3. Flexible working: 37 hours per week
4. Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
5. Hybrid role: The role will be home-based role with regular visits to our restaurants across the country. However ideally, you will be based in Greater Manchester/North West.
6. Evening & weekend work (time in lieu): Some will be required for content creation - this is where the magic happens!
