Job Summary

They are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician/Engineer to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced electromechanical manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of production equipment, contributing directly to the facility's productivity and output quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex systems, and optimising machine setup to minimise downtime and enhance overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of manufacturing systems.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
* Machine Setup and Optimization: Set up and optimize equipment performance to enhance productivity and output quality.
* Precision Work: Read schematics, assemble equipment, and perform precision alignments.
Requirements
* Experience: 5-10 years in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.
* Qualifications: Time-served with an HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Industrial Maintenance.
* Skills: Ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery. Relevant qualifications/certifications for working on electrical and pneumatic equipment are required.
* Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
