Salary: £48,700 Basic OTE £57,200 + car + range of benefits including life insurance, health insurance, 25 days' holiday, excellent pension scheme.
Location: Covering some counties in the South East and South West; ideally, you will live centrally to this area - ideal locations include Middlesex, Surrey, Berkshire, or Hertfordshire.
Opportunity: Work for a well-established manufacturer of premium products who sell to a wide range of industries. This role is a consultative sales position selling into government departments and their contractors.
Responsibilities: As part of a national sales team, you will inherit an established account base in this area. You will be required to grow and develop these accounts as well as win new business. You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays, preparing quotes for customers and booking appointments for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, when you will visit customers according to a call plan. This is a very large area, so you need to be well-organized and possess excellent time management skills.
Minimum Requirements: A suitable applicant should have a minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, ideally selling to a customer base where persistence is needed to secure face-to-face appointments, particularly with government departments.
