Accounts / Office Assistant \n Nottingham City - Parking available\n £25000-£26000k depending on exp\n Monday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm \n\nWe have a great opportunity for an experienced accounts assistant / administrator to join a highly successful local business. There will also be an opportunity to progress for the right candidate.\n\nThe role of accounts assistant will involve \n\nWorking as part of a small team and assisting with accounts administration\nInputting of sales and purchase invoices onto Sage system\nDealing with general accounting queries reconciling statements and requesting credit notes\nBank reconciliations and movements\nProcessing of petty cash and office receipts, inputting of mileage and expenses\nCovering reception and meeting and greeting clients\nGeneral office duties as required The ideal candidate for the role of accounts assistant will have \n\nExperience of using Sage accounting systems\nAccounts assistant / accounts administrator experience\nGood communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels\nGood organised administration experience\nConfident use of Microsoft Word and ExcelDon't miss out apply today!\n\nUnfortunately, due to the volume of applications received we are unable to respond with feedback to all applicants.
