Job summary Secondment Opportunity The well-established Primary Care Plus (PCP) in Milton Keynes is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Band 6 mental health professional to cover a fixed term period of Secondment. Main duties of the job The role will be Full Time and will involve assessing and providing support to clients whom have moderate mental health needs alongside GPs and practice staff. Your will form productive working relationships with our local GP colleagues and provide clinic time within general practice - whilst being supported by a friendly and knowledgeable mental health team. You will need to have excellent assessment skills, be able to work autonomously and have a working knowledge of secondary mental health care and the mental health needs of dynamic and changing population.
