The company:
Pertemps are recruiting for a Part Time office administrator on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a chemical engineering company, in the Dudley area.
The role:
To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the administration office.
Main Responsibilities:
1. General administrative duties—photocopying, filing, scanning.
2. Processing, filing, and
3. Liaising with other employees and departments in the company.
4. Providing support to other departments when required (sickness/holiday).
5. Answering customer queries via phone calls and emails.
6. Creating, processing, and following up on Invoices.
7. Excellent communication skills—verbal & written.
8. Highly organised, enthusiastic, team player
9. Ability to prioritise workloads, to ensure all work in completed within agreed timeframe.
10. Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated and able to work independently or alongside a team.
11. Confident use of Microsoft Packages—Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday- 12pm to 4.30pm
Friday- 8am to 2pm
Hourly pay: £11.44ph
