* Representing the site during customer audits, reviews, and visits
* Implementing an operations strategy that aligns with the broader business vision
* Owning and delivering operational KPIs, product quality and safety

* Strong, proven leadership experience in food or fresh produce manufacturing
* Experience of managing operational change, culture and performance

* Commercially minded with solid financial understanding
* Confident under pressure – you solve complex problems and stay positive
* System-savvy
* Food Hygiene Level 4, Level 3 HACCP and Level 2 Health & Safety
